• PERFECT PRIME is a two-component urethane primer designed for overall jobs that fills well and sands easily. It also gives excellent color holdout for all topcoats. Mix one gallon of Perfect Prime with one quart of UPC-73 activator (4:1).
• This two-component primer may be applied over old paint and body filler, and is ideal for block sanding. If using on bare metal or new metal, a self etching primer is recommended to be used before hand.
• PERFECT PRIME may be tinted with any of Kirker’s ULTRA-GLO acrylic urethane enamel colors. Add 1 oz. of activated ULTRA-GLO color per quart of PERFECT PRIME, (or 4 oz. of activated color per gallon).
• Mix Ratio 4 parts primer to 1 part catalyst 4 : 1
• If mixed 4:1:1 with urethane reducer this will work as a chemical sealer.

• Designed as a two-component urethane primer for spot repairs, RAPID PRIME is sandable in 1-2 hours at 72F.
• Rapid Prime fills well and sands easily with a high build and great color holdout. It may be applied over old paint and body fillers making it ideal for block sanding. If using on bare metal or new metal, a self etching primer is recommended to be used before hand.
• RAPID PRIME may be tinted with any of Kirker’s ULTRA-GLO acrylic urethane enamel colors. Add 1 oz. of activated ULTRA-GLO color per quart of RAPID PRIME, (or 4 oz. of activated color per gallon).

• ENDURO PRIME is a two-component non-sanding epoxy primer, free of lead, chromate and isocyanates. This system exhibits excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance while drying fast and maintaining good color holdout.
• ENDURO PRIME may be used over steel, aluminum and body filler. No induction time is required.
• ENDURO PRIME may be re-coated as soon as it has flashed, and should be top-coated within 24 hours to avoid any adhesion problems. ENDURO-PRIME should be sanded prior to recoating, if recoating more than 24 hours after application.
• Mix equal parts of ENDURO PRIME with EPC-611 Epoxy Catalyst (1:1).

Epoxy Primer Surfacer is designed to work over properly prepared bare aluminum, magnesium, fiberglass, steel galvanized and some woods and plastics. It may be applied to repair areas for fast filling of touch ups as well. It’s tenacious adhesion to substrates, fast build, and ease of sanding, wet or dry, makes it a logical choice for the base of a long lasting paint job.

• Mix 1 part A Epoxy to 1 part B Catalyst by volume. Can be reduced up to 10% with RU Series reducer.

• Order Part A and Part B for a complete kit.

• Non-sanding primer sealers are designed for maximum adhesion and rust inhibiting qualities when applied over steel, aluminum, fiberglass and properly sanded surfaces. Additionally, these undercoats are designed for color holdout and have excellent filling qualities.
• Super Rust Stop Primers comes in 5 colors, can be coated with lacquer, synthetic enamel, acrylic enamel or polyurethane.
• To apply, as a sealer reduce from 25 to 50 percent with an Acrylic Enamel reducer. Super Rust Stop Primer should then be sprayed at 40 to 50 PSI in one medium coat.

Ko-Seal II is a two-component acrylic urethane primer sealer. Available in black, white, and metallic bases, this product meets VOC requirements nation wide.

• Mix 4 parts KS Series primer to 1 part KU100\KU150 catalyst to 1 part RU Series reducer (for 2.1 VOC, RU300 must be used).

• Can be tinted with any Kandy Koncentrate(KK) to adjust hue closer to a particular Kandy Kolor

• Acrylic high build primer surfacer's fill well and are fast drying for easy sandability. These primers should be thinned at a 1:1 ratio of primer and lacquer thinner. Spray at 40 to 50 PSI in double wet coats, allowing each double coat to flash before the next is applied. Sanding may begin 30 minutes after the final coat. If using over large areas of steel or aluminum or any bare metal, a self etching primer is recommended.
• Acrylic high build Primers comes in 3 colors, can be coated with lacquer, synthetic enamel, or acrylic enamel.

 SunLock II 88 Series is a two component Modified Vinyl Etching Primer/Pretreatment which provides excellent resistance to corrosion. SunLock II is designed to promote adhesion over ferrous, and non-ferrous metal applications. 

• Mix 1 part 88G016 Etching Pretreatment Primer with 1 part 88C015 Activator/Reducer. (1:1)

 DTM 2000 Series-Direct to Metal 2K Primers were formulated with a hybrid of epoxy and acrylic polymers, which provide excellent adhesion, good corrosion resistance, productive dry times, and ease of sanding. These primers emit very low amounts of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Hazardous Air Polluting Solvents (HAPS), and contain no isocyanates.

• Mix 4 parts DTM 2000 Series Primer to 1 part DTMA Activator to use as a high build filler. (4:1)

• Mix 4 parts DTM 2000 Series Primer to 1 part DTMA Activator and reduce with 1 part reducer for sealing. (4:1:1)

Direct to Metal Primer has been formulated with a hybrid of epoxy and acrylic polymers, which provide excellent adhesion, good corrosion, resistance, productive dry times, and ease of sanding. These primers emit very low amounts of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), Hazardous Air Polluting Solvents (HAPS), and contain no isocyanates. This primer may be applied to properly cleaned and sanded aluminum, steel, galvanized steel, sand blasted steel, fiberglass and SMC.

• Mix 4 parts KD2000 to 1 part KDA2000 to 1 parts RU Series reducer (for 2.1 VOC, RU300 must be used).

 PR3 is a 2K Polyurethane Primer formulated for refinishing of flexible parts where impact resistance and system flexibility are critical.

• Mix 4 parts PR3 to 1 part HPC000. (4:1) May be reduced up to 25% with 171 Fast Reducer or 172 Medium Reducer. (4:1:0-25%)
